When individuals who have successfully overcome adversity and achieved social recognition view the world through their ability to conquer personal struggles, challenges emerge. Seeing the experience of overcoming hardships through diligent effort as an opportunity to cultivate genuine self-confidence enhances positive self-esteem. However, evaluating everything in the world solely from that perspective can lead to significant difficulties for both yourself and others. When the caterpillar believed its journey was at an end, it transformed into a beautiful butterfly. Although changing ourselves can be daunting and even a little painful, it’s also a chance for growth. Speaking negatively to others stems from my discomfort. Positive language fosters respect and happiness in relationships. This isn’t merely due to the “power of positivity”; it’s how our brains have evolved to interpret it. When asked, “Why don’t you study?” the negative framing prompts the brain to release cortisol, which ramps up stress. Consequently, the brain associates “studying” with unpleasantness. Conversely, if you say, “I appreciate your studying even while you play,” the message shifts. Parents shape children; husbands influence wives, and wives impact husbands. - Joseph’s “just my thoughts”

Treating relationships between people is the world's hardest and most difficult thing. Most hard work mentally means feeling some troubles in the relationship among the people. If you feel so tired from your ordinary life, go deep inside of your mind to find the stresses from the people out, then you should take a rest enough. A rest gives us the power to stand for passing our lifetimes by, not to move the stresses themselves out. After all, time is medicine. -  Joseph's "j ust my thoughts"
